Uploading and Installing WordPress
In this step-by-step tutorial, you will find detailed instructions on how to install WordPress. You’ll learn how to upload WordPress using FileZilla or how to use cPanel to create a database and user, link them together, then install WordPress.
How to install PODES via WordPress
Step 1: Navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Themes.
Step 2: Click the ‘Add New’ button on top of the page, then the ‘Upload Theme’ button.
Step 3: Click ‘Choose File’ and find the theme files you’ve just downloaded. If you’ve downloaded the installable WordPress file, then you do not need to unzip the file. If you’ve downloaded the Full Theme Package, you have to unzip the master podes.zip file, there in you will see a secondary podes.zip file, this is the one you select to install.
Step 4: Once the file has uploaded, to activate Podes go to WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Themes and click the Activate button.
Step 5: Once you activate Podes, you will be redirected to our Welcome Screen. You’ll find a prompt to install Podes’s required plugins, CMS Theme plugin and the some third-party plugins. Check bellow video to learn how to install Podes’s required plugins.

Theme Installation via FTP
Unzip the download and upload the theme directory into your WordPress themes directory /wp-content/themes/
Step 1 – Log into your hosting space via an FTP software.
Step 2 – Unzip the Podes.zip file and ONLY use the extracted Intent theme folder.
Step 3 – Upload the extracted Intent theme folder into wp-content > themes folder.
Step 4 – Activate the newly installed theme by going to Appearance > Themes and clicking the Activate button.
Step 5 – Congratulation you are ready to install and active Podes theme. Click visit site link to view it
Install Required & Recommended plugins
Step 1: After activating the theme a notice should appear on the top of the screen, click on Begin installing plugins
Step 2: Select all the plugins,change Bulk Actions drop to Install then click apply button
Step 3: Select the plugins you had installed, and then apply the bulk action to activate them.
Step 4: Finally, you will got a confirmation notice that your plugins were activeded.
